Dan Jacome, CFA, FRM, CMT, CAIA, CIPM, CTP founded Bassanio Capital in late 2019 after working for a combined 12 years as a sell-side and buy-side equity analyst at various investment firms, including Oppenheimer & Co, Canaccord Genuity, Citadel Securities, Sidoti & Company, FTN Midwest Securities, and Wellington Management LLP. He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in English from Tufts University and New York University, as well as an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he was part of the Investment Management/Capital Markets Academy and VP of the Sterling Fund investment club. Currently, he is on the alumni board of directors for the program’s MBA/MSF student-managed Reese and Value Funds. If not in front of his Bloomberg screens, he can be found watching Red Sox games and Colombian soccer, playing Xbox, or mountain biking in Franklin, TN.
